The Good Grub Club began in 2019 in the Uniting Church Hall in Daylesford, offering a warm, welcoming space for weekly community lunches and breakfasts. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, our focus quickly shifted to delivering vital food relief—providing hundreds of hampers each year filled with fresh produce, pantry staples, and home-cooked frozen meals to those in need.
As our community’s needs evolved, so did we. Today, our new, more tailored pantry model allows members to choose from a wide range of quality food items using a simple points system. This approach is more personalised, more efficient, and enables us to support even more people across Daylesford and the Hepburn Shire with dignity and care.
